o Use of sound technology, including a series of 13 precision made aluminum tuning forks, where the base tone is taken from the Schumann Earth Cavity Resonance Frequency. This wide range of frequencies permits working on all levels of the body, from the physical to the energetic, to augment the kundalini yoga session and support healing.

Stress is the number one killer in the Western world. It is the cause of, or increases the risk of; heart disease, obesity, Alzheimer's, diabetes, gastrointestinal problems, asthma, and depression. Common approaches for stress reduction are to treat the symptoms, which only provide temporary relief rather than a long term cure. In this four week series, you will practice powerful Kundalini Yoga techniques to permanently and successfully release stress.
We will practice Kundalini Yoga sets to:
• Release fear
• Strengthen the nervous system
• Repair damage to the system of ill-placed anger
• Strengthen adrenals, kidneys and liver
• Strengthen the navel center and gastrointestinal system

A four week curriculum to develop prosperity consciousness. The class will focus on releasing negative "self-talk"; and the role self-worth, self-affirmation, and empowerment play in prosperity. Special yoga and meditation techniques will be taught to increase intuition, open to guidance from the soul, and connect with the "green light" of prosperity.
We will practice:
• Powerful yogic meditations to change from poverty consciousness to prosperity consciousness.
• We will examine the relationship between intuition and prayer, and the part intuition plays in creating prosperity. Included are time-tested yogic techniques to improve intuition, receive guidance from your soul, and to strengthen your radiance and power of attraction.
• We will look at the role fear, self worth, self affirmation, and negativity play in prosperity. We will focus on building confidence, empowerment, joy and well-being.
• We will release vows of poverty taken this lifetime or previous lifetimes.
